Refund Policy
At WEB UNIVERS LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our Shopify and SaaS applications follow Shopify's official refund policies and guidelines.
Shopify App Refunds
Refunds for app charges are handled directly through Shopify. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us first with the details and we will submit a refund request to Shopify on your behalf.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be granted for duplicate charges or billing errors.
- In most cases, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
- Annual plans may be refundable if canceled within 7 days of purchase, depending on the situation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:
- The name of your Shopify store (or SaaS workspace).
- The product or subscription affected.
- The reason for your refund request.

Processing Time
All refund requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed by Shopify (or our payment processor) according to their payment schedule.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be provided for misunderstood features when a free trial or documentation was available beforehand.
- Refund requests for user error or accidental purchases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
